Do You Meditate?
I was reminded today, x 3 at least, of the power of MEDITATION. I have to be honest, the past couple of weeks I put it off, more than I practiced it. I was 'busy' and had a LOT on my plate. I got caught up. It is the very process of life, that keeps us close, just to release us, allowing us to leave onto our path of life. Only to call us back in, and remember.
I started feeling off, and was LOOKING FOR something, 'outside' of me, to "HELP" Important to note, how our EGO is always here to help. What a reliable companion on our path.
MEDITATION is the cure for most things. MEDITATION may not be the ONLY answer, but it is a HUGE part of the RIGHT answer-for us all. Sometimes I forget, or not choose to practice. But when I remember, and do, I am quickly reminded of it's value, WHY I do it, and am I ever thankful.
MEDITATION is best in silence, and being still. But we can make it an active meditation, like walking, knitting, running, working out, in a state you are zoned in with your WHY.
