Every little-bit counts

You think change happens over night and in a huge hoopla? Wrong! Rome was not built in a day, your body is not about to become healthy over night. There is a good chance the areas of your health you are unhappy with, did not deteriorate over night either.  Turning it around will also require the same amount of time and effort, in the opposite direction. Do not fall for quick-result promises, they will fail and further frustrate you; and put you that much furhter back from your desired goal.

Consider this, making the smallest changes consistently and sticking to them, over time, IS what improving your health is.  If every week you add one tiny healthy habit to your routine, you will have 52 new health habits by the end of the year.  Add that up, and see what the collective effort invested in YOU can do for you; it will have changed your life.

Until next time.
