Do You Meditate?
I was reminded today, x 3 at least, of the power of MEDITATION. I have to be honest, the past couple of weeks I put it off, more than I practiced it. I was 'busy' and had a LOT on my plate. I got caught up. It is the very process of life, that keeps us close, just to release us, allowing us to leave onto our path of life. Only to call us back in, and remember.
I started feeling off, and was LOOKING FOR something, 'outside' of me, to "HELP" Important to note, how our EGO is always here to help. What a reliable companion on our path.
MEDITATION is the cure for most things. MEDITATION may not be the ONLY answer, but it is a HUGE part of the RIGHT answer-for us all. Sometimes I forget, or not choose to practice. But when I remember, and do, I am quickly reminded of it's value, WHY I do it, and am I ever thankful.
MEDITATION is best in silence, and being still. But we can make it an active meditation, like walking, knitting, running, working out, in a state you are zoned in with your WHY.
I hope this reminder was of value to you
How do you MEDITATE?

Non-Diet Weight Loss ? YES !
What is the most common New Year's resolution?
Drummmm rolls: to lose weight.
All over the world, for people ages 22-82, the goal is the same. We all want to be healthy and fit in 2015, but most people will mistakenly turn to the latest fad diet or fitness program for help.
Here's why this is dangerous:
* 92-98% of dieters fail to lose weight long term; and worse, many diets actually make your body more prone to fat storage, so it becomes more difficult to stay thin with each passing year
You may have experienced this yourself: the yo-yo cycle of gaining and losing is counter-productive, emotionally devastating, and can lead to a lifetime of weight problems.
So what's the solution?
Since there is no one-size-fits-all answer; however, there is a new approach to weight loss has proven to be extremely effective. Rather than focusing on overeating (which is really a symptom not the cause of weight gain), this "mind-body" approach focuses on the whole person, and the environment, that "triggers" the weight problem in the first place.
The Mind-Body Weight Loss Summit, hosted by one of a fellow colleague and made available to you at no charge. It is a fantastic resource for you to being understanding, not only the in's and out's of this fascinating journey to mond body health. But also, discover your own path to healing, total health and wellbeing in a body you love--that also loves you back.
During this online Summit, you'll learn mind-body weight loss techniques from 27 different experts in the field of nutrition, meditation, tapping, emotional healing, psychology, and more.
So if you or someone you know struggles with weight, don't miss this exclusive event:
See you there, and thereafter.

Dont Lean-In
Happy Christmas Eve day Y'all!!!!
At last, we are here 2014, came and is about to make a grand exit. Don't just yet get too too carried away, thinking you have it figured out. A lot can change still, everything can change before the new year comes to greet us.
So what to do? Here is my take:
They say lean-in to life and love. Well, I say, open and surrender, that is the only way you will know exactly how you are to be transformed by the power of love and life so may live your best and highest expression of life....
Much much love Y'all!!!!
...and, I truly thank you!
